Omnia Plum Cake
Ingredients
- 200g flour
- 150g sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 100ml milk
- 100g melted butter
- 300g chopped plums
Instructions
1. Prepare the Omnia stovetop oven by placing the ring-shaped base on the gas burner.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
3. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and melted butter until smooth.
4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
5. Fold in chopped plums gently into the batter.
6. Pour the batter into the Omnia base, ensuring it is evenly distributed around the central chimney.
7. Place the red domed lid on the Omnia, ensuring it is secure.
8. Cook on low-medium heat for approximately 30-40 minutes, checking for doneness with a skewer inserted into the center.
9. Once baked, remove the Omnia from the heat and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
