Omnia Tuna Pasta Bake
Ingredients
- 250g pasta
- 1 can tuna, drained
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 150g sweet corn, drained
- 200ml cream
- 100g grated cheese
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Oil for greasing
Instructions
1. Begin by cooking the pasta in a pot of boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, diced onion, chopped bell pepper, and sweet corn. Stir in the cooked pasta and mix well.
3. Add the cream, grated cheese, and season with salt and pepper. Mix until everything is evenly coated.
4. Grease the Omnia base with a little oil to prevent sticking. Pour the pasta mixture into the ring around the central chimney tube.
5. Place the lid on the Omnia and set it on a low-medium heat on your gas burner.
6. Cook for approximately 30-40 minutes, checking occasionally to ensure it is cooking evenly.
7. Once the top is golden and the cheese is bubbling, remove the Omnia from the heat and let it sit for a few minutes before serving.
