Parsnip and Pear Puree for Baby

Ingredients

  • 2 parsnips
  • 1 ripe pear
  • Water as needed

Instructions

1. Peel and chop the parsnips into small pieces.

2. Peel, core, and chop the pears.

3. In a pot, add the parsnips and enough water to cover them. Bring to a boil and cook until tender.

4. Add the pears to the pot and cook for an additional 5 minutes until soft.

5. Drain any excess water and transfer the mixture to a blender.

6. Blend until smooth, adding a little water if necessary to achieve the desired consistency.

7. Allow to cool before serving to your baby.
