Salmon Rice Puree for Baby
Ingredients
- 100g salmon fillet
- 50g rice
- Water or breast milk as needed
Instructions
1. Start by cooking the rice according to package instructions until it is soft and fluffy.
2. In a separate pot, steam the salmon until it is fully cooked and flakes easily.
3. Once the salmon is cooked, combine it with the cooked rice in a blender.
4. Add a little water or breast milk to the blender to achieve a smooth consistency.
5. Blend the mixture until it reaches a puree-like texture suitable for your baby.
6. Allow the puree to cool before serving it to your baby.
