Omnia Lasagne

  • 250 g Lasagne sheets
  • 400 g Ricotta cheese
  • 1 Egg
  • 300 g Spinach (fresh or frozen)
  • 400 g Tomato sauce
  • 200 g Mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

1. Preheat the Omnia oven by placing it on the stove over low heat for about 5 minutes.

2. In a bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, egg, and a pinch of salt and pepper until well combined.

3. Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce on the bottom of the Omnia baking pan.

4. Layer lasagne sheets over the sauce, ensuring they cover the base completely.

5. Add half of the ricotta mixture on top of the lasagne sheets, followed by a layer of spinach and a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese.

6. Repeat the layering process with another layer of sauce, lasagne sheets, the remaining ricotta mixture, spinach, and mozzarella cheese.

7. Finish with a final layer of lasagne sheets, topped with the remaining tomato sauce and a generous amount of mozzarella cheese.

8. Cover the Omnia pan with the lid and place it on the stove over low to medium heat. Cook for about 30-40 minutes, checking occasionally to ensure it doesn’t burn.

9. Once the cheese is bubbly and golden, remove from heat and let it sit for 10 minutes before serving.
