Omnia Mac and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 200g pasta
  • 200g cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 100ml milk
  • 50g butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

1. Begin by boiling water in a pot and cook the pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. In a separate bowl, combine cheese, milk, butter, and seasoning. Stir until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

3. Add the cooked pasta to the cheese mixture and stir until well coated.

4. Grease the Omnia base lightly to prevent sticking. Pour the mac and cheese mixture into the ring around the central chimney tube.

5. Place the lid on the Omnia and set it on a low-medium heat on the gas burner.

6. Cook for approximately 20-25 minutes, checking occasionally to ensure it doesn't burn. The cheese should be bubbly and golden when done.
