Omnia Pizza Diavola
Ingredients
- 250g pizza dough
- 100g tomato sauce
- 150g mozzarella cheese
- 100g spicy salami
- 50g bell peppers
- 50g red onion
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat the Omnia stovetop oven on low-medium heat for a few minutes.
2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
3. Spread tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese generously on top of the sauce.
5. Add slices of spicy salami evenly across the cheese.
6. Scatter sliced bell peppers and red onion over the salami for added flavor.
7. Carefully place the assembled pizza in the ring of the Omnia, ensuring it fits well around the central chimney.
8. Place the lid on the Omnia and cook for about 15-20 minutes, checking occasionally to ensure it’s baking evenly.
9. Once the cheese is melted and the crust is golden, remove the lid and let it cool for a minute before slicing and serving.
