Chicken Potato and Vegetable Puree for Baby

Ingredients

  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1 medium potato
  • 1 carrot
  • 50g peas
  • water

Instructions

1. Start by peeling and chopping the potato into small cubes.

2. In a pot, add the potato cubes along with the chopped chicken breast and diced carrots.

3. Pour in enough water to cover the ingredients and bring to a boil over medium heat.

4. Once boiling, reduce the heat and let it simmer until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are tender.

5. Add the peas to the pot and cook for an additional few minutes until they are soft.

6. Remove the pot from heat and let it cool slightly.

7. Transfer the mixture to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth, adding a little cooking liquid if needed to reach the desired consistency.

8. Allow the puree to cool completely before serving to your baby.
