Omnia Cheese Bread

Ingredients

  • 250g all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 300ml milk
  • 50g melted butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 150g grated cheese (cheddar or your choice)

Instructions

1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well to ensure even distribution.

2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, melted butter, and eggs until fully combined.

3. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Do not overmix.

4. Fold in the grated cheese until evenly distributed throughout the batter.

5. Grease the Omnia baking pan lightly with oil or butter.

6. Pour the batter into the Omnia pan, spreading it evenly around the central chimney.

7. Place the lid on the Omnia and set it on a low-medium heat on the gas burner.

8. Cook for approximately 30-35 minutes, checking for doneness by inserting a toothpick into the center. It should come out clean.

9. Once cooked, carefully remove the Omnia from the heat and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
