Omnia Cinnamon Rolls
Ingredients
- 500g flour
- 100g sugar
- 7g dry yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 250ml warm milk
- 75g melted butter
- 1 egg
- 50g softened butter (for spreading)
- 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
1. Prepare the dough by mixing flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a bowl.
2. In a separate bowl, combine warm milk, melted butter, and an egg. Mix well.
3. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, kneading until a smooth dough forms. Let it rise for about an hour until doubled in size.
4. Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread softened butter over it. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar evenly on top.
5. Roll the dough tightly into a log and cut it into equal pieces.
6. Grease the Omnia base and place the cinnamon roll pieces around the central chimney tube.
7. Cover the Omnia with its lid and place it on low-medium heat. Cook for approximately 25-30 minutes, checking occasionally to ensure even cooking.
8. Once golden brown, remove the Omnia from the heat and let it cool slightly before serving.
