Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 200 g Cream cheese
  • 100 g Sour cream
  • 100 g Mayonnaise
  • 200 g Spinach (fresh or frozen)
  • 200 g Artichoke hearts (canned or frozen)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 200 g Grated cheese (mozzarella or a blend)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.

3. Stir in the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, garlic, and half of the grated cheese.

4. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.

5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.

6. Top with the remaining grated cheese.

7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.

8. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving with tortilla chips or bread.
